Came to drop off equipment and it was extremely easy! I was in & out in minutes. They didn’t try to upgrade or sell me anything. The transaction was less than 5 minutes. Store wasn’t busy and was clean.

NEVER use this company. refused to cancel my service, overcharged me after my service was supposed to end. spoken now to 9 agents that all told me id be refunded for the money stolen from my account. still no refund. I have transcripts and confirmation numbers yet somehow every time i reach out the refund wasn't processed yet. this has gone on for over a month now.

I was fortunate to work with Alex at the Nevada location. He is amazing. He is highly skilled technically and has great customer service skills. It was a pleasure to work with him. He made our transition to NOW TV very simple.

Xfinity provides reliable service, UNLESS you need something. You will be forced to go through their automated help which is only programmed to respond to simple, predictable questions. If you aren't an idiot, and your problem goes beyond that, then you'll have to gas up the car and drive to one of their store locations. You, for all practical purposes, are not dealing with humans at Xfinity. If you have another option, go with it.

Avery is a ROCK STAR! He was courteous and super helpful. Today was the day I cut the cable to TV. He found me a new internet plan that will save me $40/mo and a new mobile plan that will save me $5/mo. He even walked me out, opening the door for me. Excellent customer service is still alive and well. His name is Avery and he's at the Comcast store on Nevada here in the Springs. I hope this post gets him a raise!
