I’ve been with Waste Management for over 35 years. There have been times when I’ve looked around at other haulers, but ultimately stayed with Waste Management, because they were always willing to work with me. Their customer service team is excellent, and our service from their drivers has always been consistent and timely. I also appreciate the fact that I can do yearly service contracts, to keep the price as low as possible, so don’t be afraid to ask for other options, like I said, they’ll work with you!

2 missed pickups 2 months!! My cans were on curb by 7pm the night before each time. Customers service is awful, being told it takes 24 hours to come back. My can is overflowing. Took 2 phone calls and 50min of my morning to try and correct. Will be switching. AWFUL COMPANY!!

I'm giving you 5 stars because, as a business owner, I know it makes a difference..... You really deserve 3. It took 25 days for y'all to deliver my trash/recycling cans after I signed up for services. I wasn't told until about 18 days in that I could put bags on the cub to picked up without a can. I feel like I should get reimbursed for my first month of service. Please feel free to contact me directly.

Was supposed to pick up our trash scheduled for today 7/15/24 at 8:30 am. Had not had a problem since they bought out our previous Company. However.. today it was a no show. I called them at 10am. Their excuse was they had a late start. According to them we are now the 70th pick up. We live in a rural area. Well he checked again. “We’ll have someone out for a pickup around 13 noon. I was running an errand at 12:10. I noticed the truck coming down the road, surely he will be heading to our home. Rear view mirror showed the truck went right past the turn off point to our home. Returned home at 3:30. Nope! Our trash is still in its container. Will be switching to another company.

I have been a long time customer, and am happy with the service. A lot of my neighbors switched service providers, and I thought about doing the same. I got right through to WM Customer Service, and they have me the price match I asked for.
