Poor service, shoddy install/ service call. Service Literally went out daily and after numerous times being told it’s our equipment (that we replaced) they finally come out and “made adjustments “. And that’s a single instance. Many more like it. When I called they were dismissive and when I said I was to discontinue service they said ok. No trying to remedy or understand why. In addition to their overcharging and under serving their customer service is nonexistent. With exception to the nice lady at the desk and Joseph. Everyone else including their service is less than desirable.

Being out in the boonies, our internet sources are limited. With a lot of services we’re just stuck with what we can get. Wisprenn is amazing, obviously it’s not comparable to speeds of the biggest companies. However, I can watch movies on multiple devices, play games, and use my computer. So definitely good enough! What is amazing about them though is their amazing customer service. There is always a friendly representative willing to help, even when your problem isn’t because of them. Paying my bill is LITERALLY only a 40 second phone call. Their customer service can’t be beat.

This is by far the worst internet I’ve ever had. My dial up in the 80s and 90s was better and faster. I’m paying twice as much as I was for Frontier for it to work even less. In order to use my cell I have to turn the WiFi off. My TV which is also Wi-Fi/satellite based, well why even try to watch a program because I can’t. It is a daily issue. I’m beyond frustrated.

Its alright it can be a bit better, I enjoy video games so some days I'm livid when its slow but overall I think I can see it becoming better overtime.

People I recommend you get Verizon hot spot from your phone and works just fine. A d frontier is setting up service already where we live so bye bye small compony hahaha Horrible prices for the service. I had no service they told me to restart it I did they said it was my router bought a new one the next day still same problem. They said they would come out and look at it until next week really. Then tech comes out and says oh it was our fault from our end. $250 for a new router thanks for making me waste money I didn't need to.
