Wintersmith Park
What people are saying
This park is the biggest in town. It’s always been fairly well maintained since we moved here 30 years ago. The Christmas lights are always great to look at, the trails feeling very safe for walking around on with your dog or anyone else. The playgrounds are big enough for a lot of kids to come and play when the weather is nice outside. We continue to come here to walk the trails since we’re close by. Our dogs love walking here!
It’s kind of hard to see but these are photos of a very large petrified tree. Wintersmith Park is beautiful with so many things to do and see. I can’t wait to go back again
Very clean well maintained park great fishing from the bank still looking for my first bass but have caught lots of crappie and brim
Winter Smith Park is an awesome gem in Ada. If you love Ducks this is the place! This park is similar to large cities like Trinity Park Fort worth Texas or Cottonwood in Richardson TX. At least 60 I counted Ducks and Geese. Paved walking trail around the large pond. Swing benches and wooden ones throughout the park. Bridge that has been decorated with Love Locks! Also saw some turtles. Plenty of parking. You can park and just chill in your vehicle. Not sure if there are restrooms. Overall I truly enjoyed this area and it's free!
Beautiful place to go enjoy the glory, the splendor....that is...Wintersmith Park! Awesome trails....friendly faces! Such a gorgeous example of what a community gather place should be! George would have his bat raised walkin to the plate.....If he were asked! 😉 stunning scenery!
