Wingstop is not too bad. it is kind of pricey for what you get. It is more, for one, our two people, if you bring whole family, it would be too pricey I'm just letting you know there is no cash only card.

Ordered 15 wings, one chicken sandwich, and 2 sodas at 745pm with no one in front of us. The music was blaring. I used and app on my phone and the volume was at 80DB from the farthest table back!. Trash all over the place, tables all had crumbs and used napkins on them. At the 20 minute mark watching three employees looking at their phones (instead of cleaning up) i finally walked up and just asked, Hey is it cool if you check on my order?".. They were very nice and polite but told me they were waiting on the chicken sandwich and that it was almost done. At the 30 minute mark I walked back up intending to just get refunded as it was just taking way too long but our food was done. The wings were overcooked and rock hard. The chicken sandwich was good. With the prices we pay now for Fast Food it is simply not worth these types of experiences. Easily fixable issues here. Just care.

Awful costumer service. Not a care in world. Took over an hour to get our order and we did not receive our drinks. Never going back. Worker did not say one word the entire time. Even when I asked when my order was gonna be done. Just starred blankly.

So disappointed, i was not greeted, all the employees stayed in the back joking around. I was told my small order would take 25 minutes. I waited the 25 min drove to the location, my food still wasn't ready. Only 2 of the 6 workers handling the food had gloves on. I've now been waiting for another 30 minutes. No reason for it the store is not busy at all. I will not return or recommend this location to anyone.
