The teller greeted us from the moment we came inside of the door. Taylar Broadnax, our universal branch associate at the College Park, GA location, provided friendly and exceptional service. I highly recommend them.

I'm not liking this new Skype Assistant services once you state why you're calling its appears to transfer your call to the department you requested only to hang-up on me repeatedly..Skype Sucks!! Wings Financial Credit Union has updated there mobile app and I'm loving the new look of the mobile app, and on my new back card!!! 😃

I have been a valued customer for 20 years i recently had a bump in the road where I was out sick for 2 months and couldn’t work . I have been on hold times over an hour to talk to someone they closed my credit card that I have always been on time except when I was out on sick leave .. customer service was rude seems like when everything is great they are your best friend but if you hit a stumbling block they are your worst enemy , for 20 years I have had loans , vehicle loans ,and heloc I have helped them build a 8.4 billion empire as a valued customer to only be crushed for one little unforeseen incident I thought credit unions were a little more forgiving and have a better relationship with the members especially when something is foreseeable nope not here.

I'm from VA and a cu member and stopped in to see if they had any collectible money( 2 dollar bills.50 cent pieces susan b anthony's) that I could buy and I was told I needed to be a wings cu member . I would never join a cu like this that would be so narrow minded. Wow! I have never heard of this and I would move my money elsewhere if I banked at a place like this!
