We had a good experience. The hotel and rooms could be a bit neater for the repairs made. The aesthetics in the lobby was ok. Parking sucks, especially when full. We had to park on the street directly in front of the hotel instead of the designated hotel parking lot. They should hand out parking passes for those who actually paid for room so there's no inconvenience. The reviews made it seems as though I needed to fumigate the room and hallway prior.
We had a nice stay. The hotel is beautiful and clean. The staff was courteous and helpful. Our room was spotless and comfortable. There are lots of wonderful restaurants within a mile of the hotel and it's close to the airport and major highways. We didn't have breakfast but we saw a young lady with a very large Belgium waffle and were tempted to indulge but had to leave for a meeting. We would definitely stay there again.
The positive was a van shuttle to hotel but it could use an interior cleaning. Might be helpful to have a little footstool available to assist those needing. Hotel entrance clean and neat. Room large the loveseat could use cleaning saw white spots off the top and sinks down in the back. Front desk took 3 minutes to answer the phone. Housekeeping staff very helpful.
After a nightmare traveling experience, we booked this hotel very late at night. The woman answering the phone at the front desk was polite, check-in was easy and quick. Finding the shuttle at 11:30pm at night was definitely overwhelming but the woman at the front desk connected us directly to the shuttle driver and we were able to speak to him. Whoever the shuttle driver was that runs the shift until 7am was so friendly and made us feel safe and calm after a very stressful day of traveling. The room was decent, smelled clean with clean linens. The couch was questionable so we didn't use it. TV, hot water, and AC all worked great.
The front desk girl probably doesn't like her job. (I'm sure everyone knows which one), She's outright disrespectful and doesn't know how to talk to people, including her co-workers. I'm attempting to contact management to report an incident that occurred, and she feels inclined to say that she can't help. She's too busy being interrupted by hotel guests. CRM Training is probably a good idea. The location is great! My experience with Shuttle service was great. The rooms are decent. Use disinfectant and stay aware.
