I really enjoyed the texas poppers and 8 piece wing combo. I should have got 4 wing as it was alot of food. Poppers ranged from not so hot to good and hot. My husband said his wings were not very hot and didnt have much flavor. He got the salsa ones pictured. But he likes hot food. I got the buffalo and the dang good bbq. Buffalo was not hot but had good flavor. Bbq i brought home so i have yet to try. Place was clean and staff was friendly.

My family loved it. We had 2 tickets from a fundraiser, so my dad and sister had the Dang Good Deal (Cheeseburger combo with 5 mild wings). My mom and I had the two chicken sandwiches, I had the Buffalo Chicken sandwich and she had the Grilled Chicken sandwich. I chose Hot wing sauce which I felt was a bit weak despite being level 4 out of 5. Otherwise, it was great food for reasonable prices, about $10 per person.

We picked up 10 fundraiser plates. All patties were burned, tasted like cardboard and charcoal. Lettuce and tomato were hidden under the fries, so fries were soggy. Had been looking forward to this, so disappointing. End up having to cook something at home.

Back in 2019 my husband decided to quit wingbarn located in Harlingen on Ed Carey and we would still go and as the years passed the service and food is definitely not the same they always give you the fries when your almost done with your wings and then you order a wrap and theirs stuff in the wrap that shouldn’t be in their and the wrap is not even folded as a wrap but more like a taco and you ask to talk to a manager and theirs no manager their to speak with . Then they remake you your order and they still don’t put everything that should be in the wrap . Me and my family recently went to the wingbarn in San Juan and the service from Diego the manager was amazing and the food was very delicious ! I had not experienced good service from wing barn in years till that day ! But today the one on Ed Carey was horrible I definitely will not be giving my money to that place at all !

Would rate the food “0 stars” considering I never got any! Waited 40+ minutes for Fried Oreos… when I went to ask how much longer, they replied “Do you want us to make them?” … we waited for 40 minutes for food that was never made. Manager never came to talk to us, just a rude employee who did not seem to care how our experience was. I took my money and business elsewhere 0/10 recommend.
