I have been to Winchells at different locations and this has by far been the best experience. They cooked my bagel Xtreme Melt correctly (as in fully cooked)and I didn’t have to ask for them to slice it for me. The person who helped me was nice and attentive.

The Iced Coffee was fire, donut holes were good served warm, and the Black Forest and Bacon bagel sandwich was phenomenal. Definitely recommend stopping here, service was great too!
I come to this place to many times... My family and I love the donuts!! But today I left very mad the lady that attended us was very rude... We are a very happy family that love to joke around and this lady kept on rolling her eyes and side eyeing us... And when we didn't know what donut flavor to choose she would get mad as if she were in a hurry.... I mean "girl you're working".... 🤦 Anyway not trying to offend sizes but just so she can get identified she is a chubby blonde girl... Very disappointed today...
THE PROBLEM IS THE SERVICE, THE ATTITUDE OF THE LADYS ATTENDING THE Customers IS HORRIBLE, PLUS THEY KEEP 🗣🗣🗣🗣🗣gossiping about the customers when they are supposed to be treating the customers with kindness. Instead, they give attitude and ignore the poor people who do not speak Spanish. I speak Spanish, and I saw how they straight up ignored an English speaking customer and attended everyone but the non speaking. When you are trying to decide what you want to pick, they rudely ask and make faces. This needs to change. Change the people who are attending in the front.
