Used to work for them 5 years and they never thanked me for all the hard work I did for them as an Forklift Operator. I got blocked many times of getting promoted and only opportunity they give are the inexperienced people. Also left because the trainers don't know how to train people and the cut of hours and raise us yearly just for a few cents. For last the lead was rude and she blame me for stealing which I didn't plus so much favoritism on her and HR wanted me to have friendships with her when she is the problem. Truly disappointed in this company and her actions that costs so much than my position. If I could recommend you to work for this company it would be seasonal, but to stay as permanent it's a NO DON'T WASTE SO MUCH TIME !!

After a month and half I still haven't received my order. They said they will refund, but haven't received it. I have been contacting everyday the week of December 17 2023 and the response is our computers are down. Stay away from ordering directly from Dickies.

I currently work here for a long time. We work hard. But everyday for years a woman rita munoz who counts the clothes. Does nada. Always in the break room. Always in the restroom. Never has her equipment and just talks and does nada. This is not fair to the women who work hard. And get complaints when we slack for 10 minutes. It's not right. And when she does work she just sits on the ground blocking other workers. Sad.

Horrible service for shipping and refunds. I ordered a shirt. It took them 3 days just to process the order, then a week to ship it to Socal from Texas. It didn't get to me but instead was returned to sender. I then called for a refund. It took them over 2 weeks just to process the refund even though their warehouse had received it a week and a half ago. I'm still waiting for the refund. Gabriel, the customer service rep, told me they have 30 days to process the refund and it's written on the website. Great customer service Gabriel. That's sarcasm in case you couldn't tell. Don't order direct, use Amazon instead. I received the exact same shirt with free shipping 2 days after I ordered it from Amazon.

I ordered a pair of women's cargo pants from Williamson-Dickie company. I did not like the cut on me so I contacted customer service. The lady I spoke with was excellent! She took care of everything and for the first time in a long while I walked away from a customer service call satisfied with the service. I will definitely shop from this company again!
