The rooms were okay, pretty nice considering the remote location. Walking distance to restaurants, gas station, etc, the receptionist very nice. The room however had a very STRONG odor of toxic cleaning supplies, like overkill strong. So strong that we had the window and door open while we were there until going to bed, and the window open while we were gone, and that didn’t help. We both woke up really congested with a sore throat and headache from the strong toxic smell. Thankfully after getting fresh air for awhile after leaving, we were fine.

Simple and honest. There is a coffee machine in the rooms, but no breakfast. There's a single washing machine ($1.50 per load) and dryer ($1). The city is small, so you can walk anywhere from here. We didn't hear noise from the neighbors or the cars outside our window. Staff was very courteous. My only complain were the mattresses: they were a bit old and saggy.

Nice place close to Goblin and Capital Reef parks. Only an hour down to Bull Frog and Lake Powell. Beds were comfortable as were the rooms. The staff was helpful and friendly too.

Around Hanksville is awesome! Great hotel for the location. Big rooms. Walking distance from restaurants and close to gas station.

World’s loudest air conditioning. I’m giving it 5 stars before it means I don’t have to listen to my wife.
