Recently stayed at Westin Dulles. I booked 5 nights double queen. The Pros are that the rooms and hotel were very clean. The room service and food impeccable. Gusto was incredibly nice and helpful. I'm not sure of the name of the night manager but he was very helpful and kind to my family. The hotel is near the airport and subway. The Cons are that the hotel will nickel and dime you. Parking is $15 a night and if you don't park in the garage then your car has a high possibility of being towed. There's no complimentary breakfast. They do have a buffet but it is $22 per person. The internet is $9 a day. Also, there was some kind of glitch in the wiring in the room. When you turn off the TV or sometimes it would shut off and not connect to the channels unless you unplugged and then replugged it back in to the wall. Gusto even brought a new TV but it continued to glitch. The problem is the outlet was behind a very heavy dresser. The same thing would happen with the coffee maker. You have to unplug and then replug it in to outlet to get it to work. My poor son definitely got a workout. Oh!! Before I forget... You have to have the hotel card to use the elevator to go to your room.
