My husband called a day prior to set up arrangements to be picked up for 5am the time had came around and they had yet to arrive. When I had called to see what was going on the guy who answered was disrespectful and swearing saying "he has other things he needed to do" that it's "not even 5am when it was 10 mins past" he then proceeded to yell "you're permanently cancelled" and hung up. As my husband serves this country and this man thinks he has the right to talk to both of us like he did. I will NEVER be using them let alone recommend them to anyone. Do better seriously especially for those who you make your paycheck from.

You'll either get a super nice driver that arrives on time or the absolute snottiest driver that shows up at the very last minute. And thats if they even come at all. If you call to ask about your ride status they act annoyed that you're asking and will hang up before you get a chance to explain your situation. I use the service to get to work and have been late several times because of these guys. Also some drivers will be on their phones while driving so they aren't paying attention. There are some genuinely good drivers I've ridden with but there are more rude people who work here that outweigh them unfortunately.

I have never had a good experience with Yellow Cab. Just today I called for a cab ahead of time and all they said was they were busy and hung up. Then called me back later and said "you called earlier about a ride" and then told they were gonna be here in 30 minutes. 3.5 HOURS later they show up. I get in the cam and the man tells me it's gonna be $100 for a trip that i take very often that normally costs $60. Wjen i called dispatch the mam literally said "Well im not gonna be the one walking". So I got dropped of on the side of the street and walked home.

Had a med ride set up and the dispatcher "reassigned" the ride. Mind you the appointment was in pulaski. When I asked why he "reassigned" it, he said "because I reassigned it". He always has a snarky tone to his voice and he is very rude sometimes but today he really did a number (mentally) on the person who's going through alot right now and was just trying to get to her physically therapy appointment. Thanks alot rude and inconsiderate yellow cab dispatcher

First time I used this cab co. Never again. Lady decided to turn a 5min ride into a tour of the town. When asked why "the fare is the same" was her response. Apparently it didn't occur to her that I scheduled a cab in advance bc I need to be in a certain place at a certain time. Nor am I interested in spending any more time with you than necessary. Avoid this company.
