BEWARE! I placed a mobile order and paid through the app, like I have many times before. Went to pick it up, sat in line only for them to tell me I had not paid. I showed the where it said clearly said “paid” and they insisted that it didn’t go through and that I had to pay right then. They clearly said I would not be charged twice, when I asked. Well of course per my cards, I was charged twice. Can’t get in touch with anyone for the customer service until Monday. UPDATES: A couple of days in. Still can’t get anyone to answer the phone. Two more days in. Still no answer to my email, and no one will answer the phone at the customer support center, or this location. Day 6, from moved the review from one star to two stars. Finally was able to get in touch with customer support VIA phone call, after calling and emailing all week. The customer support was friendly and efficient. Still should not have been this difficult to retrieve money that should never have been taken in the first place.

The reason for this rating is because I ordered the pretzel Baconator the food was great and I was enjoying my Burger until I bit on to a quarter size piece of plastic. I through it in the garbage then realized I should have took a photo of it and posted it. Other than that everything was great. I ordered the burger on Tuesday the 19th of 2024 through the drive through between 5:30pm -5:45pm.

I placed a mobile order to pick up in the dining room but when I arrived it was locked. There was a line of 10+ cars wrapped around the building and there was no way for me to cancel my order or get a refund. I contacted the company through their app asking for me to be contacted, but no one reached out. Avoid!!
