Lady not smart enough to comprehend my order, then I waited for my baconator for 10 minutes, and when it came out she said they were out of bacon and just walked back inside. 0 compensation, still had to pay for the bacon that wasn’t on my baconator.

Absolutely horrible baconator! Sandwich was flat, wrapper had holes all in it patty was all chewed up and wet like somebody chewed my food up and spit into the bun!

A friend of mine and myself went through the drive-in ordered a biscuit sausage and egg. We asked for jelly and ketchup. When we drove off the biscuits were raw everything slid off of them we didn't have any condiments in the sack except for four straws which we just had two drinks. Don't think I'm going to be patronizing them a whole lot anymore

Nobody at this location could help me with the Wendy app. The counter scanned my phone code and told me the Internet was down so I earned no points. I was not offered any deals. I felt like I inconvenienced to the employees. I realize I am old, my comprehension of apps is minimal but telling me "I don't know" made for a poor experience.

Went thru to get food ordered a baked potato with my meal and had to wait 20 mins for it because they didn't have any thawed out or cooked. Frustrating.
