Confused by any negative reviews for this branch!! If you've ever been in more than once, all the staff remember you, ask you about how your day is going, and prompt to quick easy service! Will continue driving out of my way to this branch for the friendly service!

My dad and I had been trying to get our schedules together to go to Wells Fargo for many weeks and finally we did. We go to this branch, it's closest to his home, around lunch time on Thursday. Apparently they have only one office person working who likes to take lunch when everyone else does. Customer service is knowing people leave their jobs at lunch to get their personal business completed! No backup person to assist and we weren't applying for anything!! Smh Please dont come to this branch around lunch time unless it's only teller work.

Wow, I am actually kind of stunned at the horrible reviews here. I don't even bank at Wells Fargo. But I have Power of Attorney for a friend who does and I've been working with this branch to handle the financial needs of my friend who is hospitalized. Both Natalie and Mo have been extremely helpful and kind. Natalie made about a zillion copies of account records for me, and Mo helped me set up my POA access to the account. Granted, the latter took a couple hours due to the inexperience of someone in the department he was required to work with by phone. But that was not his fault. I bank at Credit Unions as my husband is retired Air Force. But I have no complaints with the employees I have dealt with at this branch.

I just wasted two hours trying to get cash from an account im trying to close, so that i could simultaneously buy a car. I then lightly mentioned that i might need to open an account and immediately my actual needs took a back seat, i spent an hour making the account, then they tried telling me i couldnt get back the amount i needed for the car, so now im sitting here waiting in a seat for word back on “what we can do”
