Decent store with friendly, helpful staff. They get an A+, but... not a great selection on a Saturday night, however, for flyer items. Also, there are still those horrible scales at the self-checkout bagging platform. And it was the only option on a Saturday evening for checkout. These scales are so sensitive that you can barely scan one item without the electronic "her" barking at you to "Put your item in the bagging area." It's particularly difficult if you use your own bags. We did, and "she" still shut us down each time. I really feel sorry for the staff who have to deal with this every shift. I like having Weis in town (former PA resident), but please fix or scrap the scales! They are too frustrating to make it worth shopping here.

I normally love this store however, some employees here just ignore customers. I watched 2 employees purposely move to a closed register several lines down (after blocking a self checkout lane), continue talking, and using their phones together while there were numerous people in line at the self checkouts, some had 15+ items in their carts. I’m all for self-services/checkouts but I would imagine they are there for a reason, and not to play on their phones.

I love this store and the people who work here are always wonderful. However I hope someone reads this and trains the employees who shop for online orders oh how to substitute items. This is the second time they haven’t even bothered. Boneless skinless chicken the entire store is out of chicken? No because I got tenderloins so sub with that! Almond milk even the generic brand? Pepperoni apparently the entire store is out of every type. And popcorn! I get sometimes there isn’t a proper substitution but some of these are pretty simple. If I hit allow substitutions I expect substitutions or at least for them to try.

The female employee with long dark hair (maybe in her 30’s) is so rude and not customer oriented at all. She was initially rude to me a few months ago when my husband and I were using the checkout. There was a confusion on a sales price and me wanted to use a company card for part of my purchase. She was obviously annoyed and started slammed the items. The months following she often shoots dirty looks to us when we shop. When she’s standing by the door she greets customers, she will greet the person in front of us and behind us, but will bluntly ignore us. This last visit I had to ask where something is, she was cold, rude, and walked away in the middle of me talking. I said thank you and she rolled her eyes and walked away. Will not be back due to her nasty attitude and better than you demeanor. This is a perfect example of “they will hire anyone theses days just to get workers”.

Good store. Should have a Pharmacy so you can an do all your shopping in one place.
