For such a small international airport, I'm glad that most of their staff are as helpful as they can be. My last flight out of there, it took a while to get our luggage sorted out since we're a military family, but I'm satisfied with how one of their staff handled it. I wish I remembered to ask for her name! But yeah, it's a good airport! Well worth not driving an hour or two to Syracuse for the main airport. I'm gonna miss flying to and from this airport!!!
My car was COVERED in snow when I got back from the airport. These incredibly nice workers helped me get it out within 20 minutes. I don’t know what I would have done without them, thank you Watertown airport!!
The airport staff especially those representing American Airlines, were helpful, Professional,cordial, and efficient in their duties and made the process a pleasure!
