Please do not branch with this credit union. They use to be of integrity, honesty and trust. And had your financial well being at heart. Not sure if there has been a change of board but they are terrible and untrustworthy. Research a credit union where you will be financially supported. Gone are the days when WPCU helped you. Greed seems to be their mission now. Stay far away.

Please please stay away from this credit union. Brenda borjon is by far the worst and most unprofessional person you will work with. No one answers calls or emails. Save yourself the worst experience you will ever have and go elsewhere. These people have no idea what customer service is. Worst experience I have ever had in a bank.

The only bank that makes you wait 2 weeks before receiving a debit card! My debit card was compromised by a person attempting to do fraud. Any other back would give you the option to come and receive a new card or have an card expedited to you in 3 days. NO IT TAKES A WHOLE 10 DAYS. If you get off of work at 5 & they close at 6 how can you have access to your money? You cant use a atm machine without a card!!!!!

Best Bank ever. Service like I see in old movies. Nice competitive rates. Left B of A years ago and I will always bank with Water and Power Community Credit Union!!

Our pension is with this institution. A rock solid place to bank. Standing the rest of time with investments, loans and great customer service.
