I was visiting from Valdosta, Ga, and needed to get some cases of water. Let me tell you so was blown away with how clean and ORGANIZED the store was. I can’t remember what day it was but it was around 9:30PM. I try and avoid the Walmart’s here in VALDOSTA (Marketplace is nice!) because everything is a terrible experience starting with the parking lot. Cars park wherever and the employees stand around talking. I was so impressed with the staff in Yuma I had to let a few know how impressed I was. Even the clothes were on the correct hanger size and in order from S-2XL, I ended up buying a couple high school t shirts just to spend more money. I took those pics to show the wife, she was like wow!

I received excellent customer service from an associate named Ramon. This night a lot of workers were stocking the grocery department and had many palettes lined up blocking the product I needed (oatmeal). Ramon was nice enough to acknowledge me so I asked him for help. He quickly grabbed the palette jack and moved the entire palette out of my way for me to safely choose which brand of the specific product I wanted. I knew I wanted one he could have maneuvered to reach but instead chose to go out of his way for my convenience and safety. I continued shopping and later noticed him kindly helping another customer walking him a ways across the store for the item he needed. Great costumer service! I am happy to deal with a human who acknowledges the needs of others and not another soulless employee that reminds us to use the app, is bothered for being distracted for the task he’s working on and shows little or interest in assisting. I live very near this store and frequent it regularly. His attentiveness and kindness is what made me leave you all a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ review.

This is our local Walmart so always a good time here. Pretty much know everyone of them Great people! Very clean store organized comfortable and friendly!

Every time I come to this Walmart in particular, the receipt police is out. I email myself receipts. You asked me for my receipt when I am leaving and I have bought one tiny plant $19.99 A pressure cooker for $90. I went to the self check out and I chose the email receipt option. I don’t have a receipt for you to check. You asked me to pull it up on my smart phone early in the morning and the answer that is no. You have got to do better with your set merchant policy. I will never show you guys my receipt ever never it’s a Crap policy in my opinion. I’m 50 years old. I’m not gonna do your loss prevention for you.

I like this location on Pacific because it often seems to be less crowded than Ave B or 8 E. Of course now in June there isn’t the overload from the winter visitors so that’s a huge plus.
