My husband and toddler daughter got shamed by a check out lady about buying night time pull ups and how she used washable diapers and her daughter was potties trained fully By 2. Among many other rude and snarky comments. This place has nothing but rude lazy workers.

Ever was an awesome Checker. Polite and friendly. Went beyond expectations by checking that the eggs weren’t cracked and found that one carton had a broken egg. Nice customer service

My husband bought slippers at 7:55PM was told if they didn’t fit, he could come back in and exchange them. They were too big so he walked back in (8 minutes later, I was in the car) and was told customer service had closed for the night? Awesome job Walmart 👏 They were never stellar at customer service but it’s gotten so much worse.

This places is going downhill and fast. Things are constantly being re-arranged, and the aisles are getting narrower. I try to avoid shopping here until I absolutely have to. Most the staff are nice, but often hard to find.

Everything is locked up to the extreme. Even $10 watches. There is no one in the area so you have to push a button for help. No one comes. 15-20 minutes the icey blonde masculine female with a fade says "I'm helping her with the keys then she'll be right there" but never comes, it's a ploy to make you think you're being helped. FINALLY Rosie comes back to jewelry and she rolls her eyes, has a snotty attitude, and snaps at us. She clearly hates everything about her job. She shouldn't be working with people. Surprisingly, the encounters with electronics and things being locked up have been pleasant. The guys are always helpful and attentive. Every single other locked item in the store is worth purchasing ANYWHERE except here.
