Came here because I had to. The only place in town that had what I needed and was still open. I loathed every minute in this place; from the under-dressed shoppers, to the employees that looked like they were in hell, to how everything was dusty and dirty. I knew Walmart's were bad and had not been to one in over 10+ years but this felt like the scene right out of Idiocracy. Long story short I spent 30 minute looking for something and after asking about half a dozen "associates" I finally found a person who said "Sorry that is a seasonal summer item and now it is out of season." I reply with "It's the middle of July"

Customer Service sucks because no one seems to know what to do in any situations, half the time you ask if they can get someone else to help but they might not even understand what you mean by that. It’s becoming to the point where they should just have robots patrol the store so we can ask questions and it can give us an Ai response. We already have self check out so why not?

Update 3-3-2023 I stopped at this location again, and it was a different experience. The items were stocked, and checkout lines went fast. The store changed the checkouts to more self checkout, and the other checkouts had 2 smaller checkouts instead of one. The staff were very friendly. It was still hard to find things since things were moved around, but a better experience. I will shop earlier, it seems to be better then later in the day Previous experience I have been coming here for years, and every time I shop here, it gets worse. I think today really put the icing on the cake. Walmart, in general, is a great place to shop. I have visited numerous Walmarts all over, and everyone is slightly different. This particular one has lost my respect. I'm trying to shop here, and several areas are empty. This is not covid. It happened before Covid and still happens every week. I can say items were hard to find I can say they didn't have them I can say three high school boys were using electric carts like Mario cart, and you could hear them throughout the store. Also, not one manager did one thing to stop it. I can say the lines were very long. I can say a lot of things happened today. But I will say that when high school boys are running carts laughing through the store and no one does anything that tells me management doesn't care or doesn't want to lose business. The carts are for elderly or people who can not walk the store for health issues. They depend on it or they can't shop. I will say that there are two walmarts not far away that I will shop from now on. Thank you to the workers who did help find things since things were moved around. I really appreciate the kindness and help. If it wasn't for the staff helping, it would have been 1 star.

We tried to buy a cake and two men came to help because the item wasn't popping up and they did the same processes three times. The machine said "item not found, rescan?" and when it didn't come up again, they scanned their badges and continued to scan the item and the same thing happened and they did that three times until they finally went to make a new barcode and after ten minutes of waiting, the new barcode didn't work and we decided to leave after twenty minutes of waiting. They had no remorse and did not care about how much time it was taking I had a horrible time and hope to never make a transaction with those men again.

I went in to make an exchange for an item and the lady at customer service named Hawa was talking to a coworker about Snapchat and blah blah blah. She was taking her sweet time to scan the receipt and everything else she needed to do so that I could carry on, I simply said can you just focus on me right now so I can leave and she got upset, saying I don't know her and called me stupid. She turned the monitor towards me with an attitude to show me the screen was loading and I didn't care about that I said your focus needs to be on me the customer. She gave me the receipt and said I can pay for it over at the other registers. Totally unprofessional! She needs to be fired!
