I hand the cashier my ID for her to scan. She grabs some unknown item and begins to wipe some liquid on my ID over the bar code without even trying to scan it first. When I ask what she put on my drivers license she responds with, "It's corporate policy." She obviously speaks English, so I clarify, "I didn't ask for a list of rules and regulations. You touched something and then wiped something on my ID. What was it? Water? Alcohol? Something else I might be allergic to? " she just stood there stuttering and trying to get her coworkers attention. I turned to look at her coworker who had that comical look of "Don't drag me into your mess." Since I was tired I decided to let it go after making a comment about, "If you actually answer the question, life is much simpler and all of this interaction would have been avoided." The fact that she acted so sketchy made me want to grill her for more information. I don't know if this is Walmarts doing with bad management telling employees what they need to tell us, or just an employee that needs a better position suited to her skill sets.

Our local Walmart is so much nicer than a lot of other Walmart stores I’ve been in. Some others might not appreciate the cleanliness of this store but if you take yourself out of our rural community and shop in Las Vegas or Oklahoma City or California’s Bay Area stores you’d appreciate our store so very much. Sometimes it’s busy and the lines are long but that’s such a small price to pay for people looking out for each other or seeing someone you haven’t seen in awhile and catching up or even some local produce fruits. I had a woman I met in town ask me where our Walmart got its fruit from because they’d stopped overnight from a road trip and the watermelon they bought was the best watermelon she’d ever eaten. I told her to try a cantaloupe because it was during the cantaloupe festival because she’d never want to leave after trying a daiquiri at the festival that weekend.

Made a short trip to the store for a few things. It wasn't crowded. Small-town country atmosphere is a nicer shopping experience, so we shop at this Walmart when we can. Check-out was quick and we were on our way!

The only thing good about Walmart is their pharmacy .....I find something I like n then try to get it again n they discontinue it all the time this happens . If u get produce it has to be eaten right away because they don't have the freshest stuff. Prices go up n product gets smaller ......the pharmacy has been great for me, so much better than other places in town .....

I can understand why they need to put some things in cases and lock them up. But why put a call button on the case and never answer them. Stood there for ten minutes pushing the button, no one came. Finally tracked someone down, and they sent me to the front of the store to talk with customer service. Nope, walked past customer service on my way to the front door.
