Walmart Bartow FL auto center is the worst. Pulled in there because my tire light came on and showed it was steadily losing air by the second. Pulled up to their auto care side and they told me they couldn't help because they had 2 people and had an appt scheduled at 9 am. Keep in mind this was 830 am. My tire was at 1 psi (down from 19 when i pulled and 27 when my car notified me all within minutes) by the time they told me no. I watched the car they were working on pull out and leave and the men stand around for 20 minutes. They could have assisted but chose not to I sat for an hour in their service lane waiting for triple A. They kept stating you have to gave an appt. I get it for normal situations but have a brain to help when it is a true emergency. It would have taken them 15 minutes to let me purchase a new tire , put it on and still make their next appt. Instead the men stood around or walked around outside to their cars, getting drinks, chatting.

This is my local Walmart. And I hate doing a bad review but they can get it right. Why have to green light on self checkout if the lines are closed. People are flocking out of lines that are open to run over and lose their stop. To only find out the lines are closed. They said they can't cut them off. SMH! If you can cut lights off of stations that are broken you can cut light off.

Oh, my goodness thank you so much Robin and Zip. I had lefthad left my phone at self checkout, Mgr. Robin tried t catch me, in a hurry like all of us. Zip in Custom Setbice held my phone, and get this...even charged it. WOW awesome, phenomenal Customer Service, always, but today exceeds the bar...... Thank you ladies and Walmart. A-Team So Rocks!!!!!!

What a horrible TLE Department here. 1: Nobody ever picks up the phone when you call them. 2: You never know when you're going to actually be able to get your vehicle serviced for one of two reasons. Either they're "too busy" or nobody comes out to check you in. 3: Somehow they seem to "run out of oil". How is this the main objective of the Tire Lube Express and I get turned away for that reason? 4: When you finally do get your vehicle serviced there, you never know when you can check out because most times there isn't anybody who can run the register back there. 5: I just wish I could give 0 stars but I had to settle for a 1.

After working a 12 hr night shift, I went there to get the grocery shopping out of the way. I had a cart of roughly $250 of items including a case if Corona beer. After presenting my FL drivers license, which states that I’m well over 21, 46 to be exact, I was asked whom was I purchasing the beer for. Not thinking that this was inappropriate at the time, I answered, my husband. The man said that he could not sell me the beer and verified with another lady employee, who stated if he wouldn’t sell to me then neither would she. I then walked out and left them to return the whole cart of items back to the shelves. Never have I been asked that and denied such purchase. After speaking with corporate, who stated that this was not part of their policy, I filed a formal complaint and will not be returning to this store again.
