This was the most frustrating Walmart experience. I bought an item in the makeup department. You have to pay right there for your items. I was overcharged for an item. Had to walk the employee over to where I got it to prove that I did actually look at the right price. But he still wouldn't reverse the charge. I had to take the item to the customer service desk to get the refund. I also needed another time in the pharmacy section but it was behind locked glass. I asked the pharmacist and she rudely said I needed to go back and push a button that was on the case. There was no button. I looked around and found another case that happened to have a button to pin for help. An employee came and said she needed to do something else so asked.me to wait for her to come back. I just needed unlocked, it would have taken 10 seconds. Instead I had to wait another 7 minutes. At the customer service counter there card reader was broken so that took a long time as well. There were also other frustrations that occurred. My planned very quick run in, run out trip turned into an hour. Really frustrating!

Customer service is completely absent. If you only speak English, you are completely out of luck for any type of assistance, so don't bother asking anyone for help. Each Walmart staff could not, would not help me on the floor. At the self checkout register, the attendant has no idea how to do a price check or find a price. After 15 minutes of explaining, physically showing her the product i had and even suggested she ask an associate in that department to physically check the price, I ended up leaving the store without the item I wanted. She could not comprehend English. It was also messy, disorganized, and not very clean. I couldn't scan my other items or put them down because the surfaces were so filthy! I used the scanner, thank goodness that was working! All in all, not going back unless the work ethic changes and they stop discriminating against people who only speak English.

The guy that text the receipt at the door stops me and asked if I bought anything even though I I put my four items of baby stuff and diaper bag and I’m just trying to leave a line behind me and he wouldn’t let me go until I showed him a receipt which was ridiculous. you’re not security and i’m not stealing. i had to rummage through the bag to look for it and I showed him the items I bought too, and never come back here he just ruined the experience for me.
