Writing this review specifically for Charlene (Team Lead) in electronics. I was in the store earlier and the lady at customer service was rude and absolutely no help to me, she told me to call 1-800-WALMART to help with my exchange. Afterr being on the phone for over an hour calling a whole bunch of new numbers I got no where. I thought maybe someone in the electronics section could help since it was a faulty set of headphones that I had purchased. Thank God I got Charlene, she took down all my information and called me back after figuring it out for me and ended up getting me an exchange for the headphones without a problem. Not only could she solve my problem with ease, she was so nice throughout the whole process. She deserves a raise or some sort of bonus forsure! Hard to find people like her in retail/customer service jobs.

Extremely clean. Workers are friendly and offer to help us if needed. The upgrades to the store look really nice.

2/13/2024 @approximately 3pm & check out lane #20 (I didn’t get her name) but she was great! Honestly! The reason I’m pointing this out is bc lately we’ve had some pretty unpleasant cashiers. Not just this location but also in Gaylord. & it’s nice to see a greeter at the doors too:) Store was pretty clean & things in place. Bathroom was clean also.

Management is cheap there's a policy the cashiers and the service desk are not allowed to sell quarters," we don't make any money on quarters". Refused to give couple of dollars in my change, company policy. Wanted to buy a power cord for my PC and told them I wanted to test it as I had the computer right there they said I wasn't allowed to do that I had to buy the power cord first take it up to the service desk and they would plug it in up there and could test it up there and if it didn't work or didn't fit then I could get a refund. Store has problems with the concept of customer service. Gerald

Friendly door greater. What a deal this memorial day weekend ... $10 small seedless basketball size watermelon 🍉 ... Managers special ... Just under $5!!!! A real live cashier doing his job well with a friendly smile 😃.
