My review is for the Vision Center. Their entire crew was super nice and helpful. I broke my only pair of glasses at work and Sydney got me in, set up my exam, the Dr was super nice, and then Sydney got me fitted and I had new glasses soon after..excellent group in the Vision Center!

Walmart customer service in vision center is phenomenal. Sydney is a great worker. She is very professional and I can tell she’s passionate about her work. It need more people like that in a work environment. Will come back !

Horrible customer service. The black women seem disinterested and non-caring. They prefer to bury their faces in their phones or talk amongst one another. Here on work assignment and been in Walmart a dozen times throughout the week for tools and supplies. Getting a staff member to engage and acknowledge your existence takes great effort.

Wal mart has so many lane closures its a shame. I had like 8 items. No meat, fruit nothing to weigh. Big shout out to Mrs. Debra in electronics, your Customer service was awesome 👌

They never have the 5 gallon bottles of water available for exchange with the empty bottles. There MIGHT be one register open with a real person to check you out. I hate self checkout and when you have a buggy full it’s a real hassle, there is no room to put your items anywhere. If you mess up you have to wait for the associate to come fix it. I have seen the meat weigh different weights than marked on packages (much less than advertised). The produce is very limited and usually close to going bad. Prices are outrageous and most of the food sold is processed and even dangerous to consume. (Like the lead in lunchables) Very little healthy choices, they have absolutely no care for the health of the public. I no longer buy meat or produce from Walmart. They need to use American made and grown products before foreign ones but that will never happen.
