Valid walmart! Super cute and well stocked and everything was clean! Even the bathroom. The parking lot was really small though and super crowded a little bit dangerous. They should maybe get a bigger lot. The staff also was not very helpful and they didn't wanna be there I don't blame them but defintely need customer service training

Arrived on my bike at 905 to return a 50 lb bag of dog food and was told I'd have to come back tomorrow. Then, to add insult to injury I was made to wait an extra 10 mins so they could check the cameras to make sure I didn't steal it. Definitely avoid this marketplace if you actually need help cuz you won't find it here. Edit: So, I returned today like the lady told me to. However, customer service, an oxymoron if there ever was one, closes at 6 on Sunday. She said she told me last night. However, I swear I wouldn't have waited until 7 to ride the 2 miles with an extra 50 lbs on two badly infected legs had she bothered to mention it. But on the plus side, I wasn't accused of stealing anything this time. 1.2 stars

Worst Walmart in Tucson. Below you'll find pictures of the "Loss Prevention Specialist " which is extremely rude and is now harassing me if I decide to go into Walmart. All because on July 15, 2023, while I was shopping another customer in the store stopped me to ask for help in the pet aisle and afterwards she apparently stole something. After I tried to help that lady I continued shopping. I had no idea anything was going on until I noticed a lady following me around the store. I was uncomfortable and I took a few pictures of her and then she started making remarks directed at me and when I asked her what she said, all she would say was "you heard me". I informed her I did not hear her, but she refused to repeat her remarks. Now, I was upset so with my pictures I asked a Walmart employee who she was and if she was an employee. I was informed she was a Walmart employee and worked in loss prevention. I then asked to speak with the store manager but was advised the actual store manager is not there but they have a manager on duty. When I asked the manager on duty why this lady was following me around and making rude remarks to me, the manager said my friend stole something. I was confused because I was alone and I informed the manager I was shopping alone, at which point she basically called me a liar because the "Loss Prevention Specialist " told her otherwise. I asked the manager if they were referring to the lady that asked me a question in the pet aisle and I explained there was a lady that asked me a question about dog shampoo when I was in the pet aisle but I don't know her, she is a stranger. Needless to say, I was less than happy with how I was being treated by the manager on duty and the fact that this loss prevention lady (Walmart employee) had the audacity to make remarks to me which were obviously rude and/or unprofessional because she didn't have the nerve to repeat them. I looked down at my full cart and said to myself, No, absolutely not, this is not okay. At this point I wanted to just walk out and leave the full cart there and drive down the road to Fry's to get my groceries BUT it was already 10pm and I had a long day at work and I was tired and still needed to make dinner. So right there at the self check-out I decided to set aside everything in my cart except what I absolutely had to have for dinner that evening. I advised the manager standing there, that they can now return all of these items because I refuse to give Walmart my business after how they have treated me. BECAUSE the only thing I have done today is be nice and try answer a question when a stranger asked me for help. I got busy and did not contact the store manager. I have not returned to this Walmart location UNTIL TODAY. When despite my better judgment, I decided to stop off to return 2 things at this location, only because it was the closest most convenient location. I purchased the items from a different Walmart location. After walking in and standing in the customer service line I was immediately harassed treated like a criminal, complements of the same person!! So today I took some more pictures to show corporate the employees harassing me. The "blonde" in the pictures is the so called "Loss Prevention Specialist " and the current manager on duty, which were both EXTREMELY RUDE, to me today for no apparent reason, other than to harass me and to be vindictive. I will be contacting corporate because today I was harassed for returning 2 items. Based on my 2 "wonderful" experiences with this "employee" the so called "Loss Prevention Specialist " she is not very good at her job because she apparently watches other people/customers(the stranger I helped) steal things and then spends her time harassing/ alienating actual customers while acting extremely unprofessional.

Zero stars I have this weird medical condition. After having stomach surgery and having 2 feet of my intestines. Cut out that food goes straight through me So I spent about a 150 to 200 dollars a week just at walmart On food nd what not This young clerk she's probably about 20. She works probably 30 hours and makes minimum wage. So she probably makes about three hundred dollars a week So i'm literally spending about fifty percent seventy five percent of her paycheck at walmart weekly I'm rushing in there. I'm in a rush. I get a open register. I need two snicker bars a bundle of bananas and some paper towels There's clerks all over the place watching me but nobody to ring me up So I picked this self check out and the bags are stuck. I don't want to set my stuff down because i'm a germaphobic So I'm struggling to get the bags open. There's clerks all over who could help me but they're standing. They're literally laughing at me So I finally get the bags open. I make a mistake and I throw the 2 sticker bars in at once. And a flashes attendant coming to help you Well, this is very inconvenient because I'm already in a huge rush, but that's okay. She can come help me so she comes and she's pushing the button to stop it and the computer's having like a brain fart and its frozen So now she wants to accuse me of being a thief because the machines having a frame part Lady, all you gotta do is reset the thing and go away. You don't have to see here and accuse me of stealing something and piss me off I should have said, are you accusing me of stealing something that's what I should have said, but I was like this is unbelievable. This is unbelievable that you're accusing me of this and you're treating me like this please just reset the computer is frozen and go away. So I grab my sneaker bars and I walk away and I come back to the same register where she's still at and she's like where's the snicker bars like she's accusing me of skill in a sticker's bar. The computer thought I threw 2 in at once. I made a mistake, forget about it. This is ridiculous Why are they accusing us of being thieves if you if you don't trust us? Didn't ring us up yourself
