Went to get a phone box clearly said activation card included get home no activation card and they tried to make me buy another instead of exchanging for one with the card in it

They changed it to complete self serve and it is horrible! Asked for cigarettes and stood there after scanning ALL of my stuff for 10 minutes and she was so busy running around trying to help people she forgot what I asked her for. It was not her fault. I blame poor management. They state they made the change to protect staff, but that is total BS. I will not shop there again. It's a shame too because I use to go there 2 to 3 times a week. NEVER AGAIN.
