My expectations are already generally low about Walmart due to recent experiences, however tonight takes the cake. The “manager” on duty on this lovely night happened to be (William) what a gem. I could honestly name 200 people more qualified than this very UNSTABLE man. I simply purchased Lysol for my business, no issues with the cashier whom rang up my items with a smile. Next enters manager William with a chip on his shoulder to publicly belittle and attempt to humiliate me for my purchase. I was told I’m inconsiderate and called nasty names for my purchase. Had there been a sign about quantity I would totally understand. Keep in mind there was countless units left on shelves in which I could use at my business to keep my members safe. As stated above my expectations are generally low for this specific Walmart, however with the current rate of unemployment. 9,750,000 currently in the state of Florida. It is mind boggling there is not a better choice for a manager to represent such a large corporation. I’m still boiling, I will not give another penny to this corporation. This man should be pushing a mop around the store without any authority to communicate with paying customers. Best of luck, hopefully this man receives the training he desperately needs.
