This Walmart is smaller and caters to the tourist and vacation population of the area as evidenced by Gettysburg souvenirs and memorabilia at checkout. Relatively easy in and out on weekdays, I have had difficulty with clearance prices not ringing up but generally a decent Walmart recognizing less variety than the larger stores-conversely less headaches than bigger stores when going in-

Going into this Walmart is like stepping into a Time Machine and walking into the 1990s. Like many others have stated this is not a super Walmart. However, it is clean, well stocked, and has friendly staff which is more than I can say for most Walmarts I have gone too.

This is not a super Walmart, so there is limited groceries. Example is that there is only one small frozen food aisle. Mostly pizzas, frozen dinners, and no ice cream. The pharmacy section is as big as a large store and the overall size is bigger than the neighborhood version. We managed to find most of what we needed as we passed through town in our RV.

There prices are outrageous. Everything is over priced, shelves are never stocked. You can buy merchandise online cheaper than in the stores themselves, n pick them up at that store, Then going ito the actual store to purchase. They are just greedy. They prey on people that are struggling as it is. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Today when I was at Walmart I bought 5 containers of cat litter, 20 lbs. each. There was a very nice young man working at the checkout, his name is Armondo. He offered to help me put these in my car. He didn't know that I had a stroke and that this was going to be a difficult task for me. He was just being nice and helpful. The world needs more people like him! Way to go Walmart Gettysburg!
