I've been using Wally Parking self parking outdoors ones for some time and have found it reasonably priced and convenient. The driver comes to your parking spot to pick you up and drop off. So there's hardly any walking. The pickup is usually fine as long as you call in and request for a ride. Must look for the self park shuttle as there's a premier garage parking shuttle that's also Wally but they don't take you there. So we just need to be aware of that. They also have discounts so ends up being quite reasonable. Drivers are helpful with loading and unloading luggage.

I can’t recommend NOT using this place enough. If you do, arrive at least two hours early or roll the dice on missing your flight. Actual problems: 1. They will overbook. When I arrived there were no spots available so I had to wait on someone to leave. 2. They only use a single shuttle. If you miss it (as I did waiting for parking). You’ll be out at least another 20+ minutes to leave. 3. The lot itself is a mud pit loaded with rocks, potholes, water and mud. Moving rolling luggage through it is a pain. Save yourself the hassle, go somewhere else.

Parking our car before our flight out was fine. But when we came home, we texted and called for a shuttle to come pick us up, and none came. We waited 45 minutes and only saw the "permier" shuttles that would not pick us up. At least 4 empty ones went by, and all said a self park shuttle was coming, but they never did. The people next to us had been waiting over 2 hours for the shuttle to come. So we walked back to our car. We will never use this company again. DO NOT RECCOMEND.

Wow, reading the other reviews, I see this is the slum lord of parking lots. Always interesting to see a business that just straight up doesn't care. The "customer service" for this lot is so bad that I'm actually going to see how to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Took an hour for them to come pick me up from the airport.
