I would hate to see how this pharmacy operate on a busy day. How do you mess up a prescription order when it’s not even busy and then I come back to get it and they start laughing what if someone would’ve made a mistake and took that Prescription get it together
I’ve been a customer at this Pharmacy since it was thrift drugs, so that’s over 20 yrs. The pharmacist on duty On 5/20/22 @ around 12pm was the rudest, employee that I’ve ever dealt with in all the years of being a customer. He was very demeaning, disrespectful, rude & argumentative. I’ve never had a problem until today. There was no line so I approached the window & the pharmacist yelled at me tell me to move back to the sign & wait until I’m called. I was taken back by his approach as there were 2 windows open with one employee on the phone. I didn’t think I did anything wrong there were no other customers. I told him he was rude & disrespectful & didn’t like being talked to that way. The pharmacist stated if I didn’t like it go to another store. He said I can talk to the manager who was not skilled in handling conflict. As I’m explaining what happened to the manager, the pharmacist continues to argue with me. The only thing the manager stated is he asked you to move back, He said nothing to address my concerns & allowed the pharmacist to yell at me. I asked the manager, are you ok with him speaking to customers that way. The manager allowed him to continue to argue me & said absolutely nothing regarding the pharmacists behavior which was totally unprofessional. I’m a middle aged women & deserve better customer service than what I received. The gentleman that waited on appeared to be very uncomfortable with what was going on & was very kind & courteous. That’s more of how I’m used to being treated.
It was so terrible visit to this Walgreens. I had my son appointment for flu shot at 6:10pm on Wednesday the pharmacist was just unprofessional and one at cashier like didn’t have no clue what he was doing. For my opinion they need training. It’s was my first and last time.
Been coming here forever - back when it was an Eckert, then a Rite Aid, and now a Walgreen's. I love love love the pharmacy staff, they are super nice, patient and kind, and always take the time to answer any questions we have, on phone and in person (and we have lots of questions). I will admit, the new Walgreen's system has messed up quite a few things and made the change pretty hard on lots of customers/patients, but the staff is still as awesome as always. I will change it back to 5 stars after the new system gets everything in order.
The Indian Head pharmacist has the worst customer service over the phone and in person that I've ever experienced. He's real short with everyone and has a bad attitude and doesn't have a clue on what he's doing. If and when i ever get my prescription filled ill never go there again ever period its to the point I thought about grabbing him over the counter
