Elise is rude and smart-mouthed. She is the reason I will change pharmacies. Brook and Monica are terrific. I don't understand how Elise keeps her job...she shouldn't.
This pharmacy absolutely sucks. The customer service at the drive-thru window is absolutely awful and don't question them regarding anything, otherwise you'll just get an hard-core nasty attitude back. I would never recommend my worst enemy to come here. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else for your prescription needs.
Our Walgreens pharmacy is out of control. Never enough help and if you're Doctor sends in a prescription in the morning and you go in late afternoon you still have to wait a 1/2 hour. Never have enough people to cover the counter and the drive up. My step son had shoulder surgery today. When my wife called them for his perception they said it was ready. He lives 30 miles south from Spencer. When my wife went to get his medication they said it would be another 30 minutes. He was so upset that he said he had no time to wait. Now he is home with no medication and will have to wait till tomorrow for my wife to pick it up.
I went to use Good RX on my prescriptions from Walgreens. They charged me over $90 for a prescription. My friend told me to check my Good RX app. When I checked it, Good RX said $18.60. When I called about the difference, the only response I recieved was that they could not guarantee Good RX prices. I will be going elsewhere for my prescriptions.
Most of the staff in this store are unnecessarily rude to customers, especially one of the female pharm techs. She had my primary and secondary insurance switched up when submitting for rx coverage, so coverage was denied. I didn't know what the problem was at the time so I called my insurance company that was denying coverage and they said to have Walgreens call them. When I told this pharm tech that I was told to have them call my insurance, she got very snippy and said that they were not going to do that. It also takes more than twice as long as it should to get prescriptions almost every single time. I will be switching my family of 6 to a different pharmacy and I wouldn't recommend this pharmacy to anyone.
