Absolutely impressed with Frank at Walgreens! He was incredibly friendly, hardworking, and proactive. When I had an issue with the Walgreens app, he resolved it in just 10 seconds. Frank was extremely willing to help, making my experience smooth and pleasant. The manager needs to give him a promotion ASAP! Thank you, Frank, for your outstanding service!

Do NOT get a shot from the Pharmacy. Indian pharmacist pushed the vaccine into my arm as fast as he could push it (less than 1 second) so much my shoulder muscle had spasms. Never had a shot given so aggressively. This pharmacist must receive remedial training before Walgreens becomes legally liable. from the reviews, this store should be shut down immediately and staff retrained or replaced.

tl;dr: they consistently miss their promised prescription fill times because many prescriptions are filled at some other location and dropped off whenever. Was told my medication would be ready on Monday at 2:30 pm. I show up at 3:00 pm only to be told to come back at 4:00 pm because apparently the prescription is filled at another location and then dropped off whenever. They couldn’t fill it while I waited because they don’t stock the medication (a common med) at the location. This is the third time this has happened in as many months, and it’s incredibly annoying to leave work to pick up a prescription only to be told to come back in an hour because the filled prescription is somewhere else (?). It’s an incredibly silly system, to put it lightly.

Came in here once to load my chime card with cash the cashier was very helpful and understanding that it was my first time doing this and helped me with the process 🤌

Photo— the WORST Walgreens photo I have ever been to. I didn’t even realize you could mess up a Walgreens because it’s such a basic store. We ordered 4x4 photos and they were printed on 4x6 paper. The person behind the counter said to come back the next day to fix this issue because their manager isn’t here currently and the machine is broken. We come back the next day and they reprint the photos AGAIN on 4x6 paper instead of 4x4 which it clearly states on the order. The manager is there now and says that it must be on our end that we’re ordering the photos the wrong way. They then say that they do have 4x4 paper but that the machine is not working. They said that they can cut it for us but that they’ll have to charge us extra for cutting the photos even though we already paid for them. The manager then proceeds to say that she has already printed the photos twice (incorrectly and without fixing the problem). She then said that she can cut the photos with scissors. She did not seem to see any issue with this and that this was her plausible solution, as if we cannot do that ourselves it is simply not what we paid for. SUMMARY: we ordered 4x4 photos that they printed on 4x6 then told us we have to pay extra for them to use a paper cutter for their mistake and never fixed our photos. Do NOT order any photos here. This is the most convenient Walgreens to me located less than a minute away and I will NEVER return. Manager does not care for customer service or putting any work into her job. This is my first ever review for anything because this is how bad our experience was and I hope you read this and see this as a warning to never go back.
