So I hadn’t use this pharmacy before and since it was convenient, I thought I would try it. One young lady was very helpful while the others wouldn’t bother to check to see if my prescription was ready. I went in and they told me it would take me 15 to 20 minutes for the prescription to be ready. After waiting about a half hour I checked to see if it was ready the tech told me I will be called when it’s ready. After sitting for another 15- 20 minutes I checked with the pharmacist to see if he had process the order. He told me to check with the technician. So finally the nice technician went and checked again and found that the prescription was ready. On the timestamp the prescription says 12:53 PM. The timestamp on the receipt says 1:07 PM. Had I not checked again, who knows how long it would’ve been sitting there. As you might tell, I will not be using them again.
This is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever experienced. If I could give them a negative star, it would be more accurate. The staff is under trained, lack any inter-personal skills, and are plain disrespectful to customers. Never once in my years putting up with this branch, was I ever able to refill a prescription without either a delay or problem or a pharmacist questioning a prescription by my physician and outright declining to fill a prescription. There were countless times I witnessed the same treatment with other customers like me, continued to put up with this type of harassment. No more putting up with the embarrassment or humiliation from staff members, I finally transferred my prescriptions to another pharmacy and will never step foot in that Walgreens again.
Mark. I don't know if he is a manager or supervisor. He has the worst attitude. Yelled at me telling me I'm freezing the computers. How when I'm using coupons from Walgreens? Then I found out it was time for him to go home. I will be finding another place to shop.
This pharmacy does some egregious things that I am certain are against trade laws. I have had nothing but problems filling my medications here and only get my meds filled when I follow up with corporate and file a complaint. Three or four or my prescriptions are controlled substances. The issue is this pharmacy and only this pharmacy seems to always be a revolving door of excuses as to why they can never fill my meds on time. I know for a fact there is no shortage on my medication, as I contacted the manufacturer, my doctor has contacted the manufacturer, I've contacted other pharmacies, and unfortunately I cannot change to a different pharmacy because my insurance only covers Walgreens. What further compounds this problem is that this pharmacy does some questionable tactics. I will call to refill my prescription on lets 6/20, however they won't have the medication in so I will have to wait days or weeks to get it. When I go to pick it up the sticker on the bottle will still say 6/20 as opposed to the date when I pick it up. As far as refilling it goes, I can only go by the date it was picked up. So then why are you falsifying that you "filled" it on 6/20 when you didn't even have the medication??!!!! I am assuming you are graded by such systems or just want to lie, as I am not playing merry go round with my health or stopping in at your pharmacy five to six times a month since you cannot get your systems in check. If I call in a medication for refill and you don't have it, then your label should be the actual date you filled it not the date you falsified you filled it. I am done with the nonsense I'm going straight to the trade commission and will just shut this place down if need be it's better then calling in and getting the run around or acting like I'm the problem when your pharmacy based off the countless 1 star reviews is the issue. Your not doing me any favors by doing your job poorly.
I came in to use the All Point ATM because I trust Walgreens to be safe and clean. I needed change for the $20 I received and one of the cashiers, Christine, was very rude and didn’t want to give me the change. Soo I kindly proceeded to purchase an item to greet the change I needed, She didn’t want to sell to me she hesitated while another employee told her to just give me the change I needed. She proceeded to say their was a change shortage and they shouldn’t be giving out change. The other nice employee said, Sell her the item soo she can get her change! She finally did. I was aggravated by this but quickly chipped it up to her not having a good day. I hope your day gets better Christine!
