The blonde woman behind the pharmacy counter needs to purchase the ear cleaning kit below...do you need help finding it in the aisle because you didn't obviously hear me when I asked you to cancel the order 4 times. I returned to my office and the order was still showing in the Walgreens system. Thank you for causing me difficulty and pain for not doing your job. On the morning of 6/10 I ordered a refill online to my usual Walgreens... I thought. I typically go to the Walgreens on Mitchell Chance but must have mistakenly sent the prescription to the 3106 Solomons Island Rd. I recently moved and ordered the prescription here for a number of convenience reasons. Ms Blondie - I can't come back in 2-3 hours for your failure to do your job on 6/10 when requested or the morning of 6/11. I will be halfway thru Virginia...so, thank you for your failures. You are lucky you have a job...you don't do the one you have well at all.

The pharmacy staff are very disorganized and careless, the girls at the counter are more focused on having conversations with their friends than giving full attention to their customers. The person before me was waiting for them to fix her insurance information and medication as well, I had the same issue. I would ignore this if I was getting fast food (mistakes happen I understand) but not for my medication and definitely not OK if it’s because their are careless (not over worked). I will not be coming here anymore for the pharmacy of course. I just want everyone to know what to expect.

This is the absolute worst pharmacy I have ever had experience with. My son is on adhd medication and every single time there is a problem filling it. Not once did they reach out to the doctor or myself to say they can’t or refuse to fill it because of the way the script was written. They wait til I go to pick it up and tell me there’s an issue every time. This last time I went to pick it up and they could only give me half because they didn’t like the way she sent it in. They didn’t tell me this would cause me to be delayed in getting his meds again correctly so he had none for school. They also told me they were out of it and would be getting more in. I get a text two weeks ago saying it’s too soon to fill for insurance reasons so I gave it another week or so and call asking if it’s ready and can be filled now as he’s almost out. And what do you know it has to be ordered. Even though theyve had a script sitting for two weeks waiting to be filled. They tried to cover saying they ran out yet in the same breath she also said once they order it this evening because it’s the weekend it’ll take extra time to come in. Which means they had no intention of ordering it prior to me calling. My sons schooling has been effected by this pharmacy’s lack of doing their job. There’s a reason it has 1 star. Update switched to another pharmacy even though they still had to order it they had it ready in one day where this place told me it would take 5.

I come to this Walgreens for both my prescriptions at the pharmacy and the LabCorp located right next to it. The Walgreens app is convenient to use, because I can see exactly where my medications are at in terms of processing and read for pick-up. The pharmacists are always extremely busy but they don’t hesitate to talk to you over the phone or in person if you need some advising regarding a medication. The LabCorp offers walk-ins and doesn’t require appointments. They are also one of the very few LabCorp locations that are open later than all the others. It’s a great place to go especially when you need lab work done, can’t get an appointment the SAME day (which I have never been able to do - at any location, in the past). I just walked in, was seen within 5 mins after I checked in (via kiosk), and 10 mins later…I was in my car ready to leave. I try not to go shopping around the store too often because they always have great inventory for awesome prices. And knowing me, I’ll go bananas over the bargains 😛

The staff of the drugstore is very unprofessional. I did the cvoid test and need help. A female staff member stand very far away from me, I also wore a mask at that time The pharmacy staff are very disorganized and careless, definitely not come back again, the worst Walgreens I met so far
