The pharmacist didn't want to be bothered. Took my son in for the 2nd of a vaccine that he needed. My other son has had the same vaccine here and had no issues, but this time the pharmacist (who seemed like she didn't want to do her job) informed me that she wouldn't do it and that she needed a prescription. Per the DHEC "In South Carolina, anyone age 18 and older can get vaccines at a local pharmacy without a prescription." I was the only person at the pharmacy. I went in early because when I phoned to ask about the best time I was informed I didn't need an appointment, and I could just come in early, and it should be fine. This is the closest pharmacy to me, but I will drive further to avoid his place. CVS was happy to do it and with a smile! Thank you CVS!!

This pharmacy is one of the best, they care about their patients. Tammy in the pharmacy has gone out of her way many times to help my family get the unaffordable to be affordable. All while being knowledgeable as well as kind. I hope this walgreens is aware of the great job she does as well as the pharmacists who work there. Your jobs are important and you change lives. Thank you!

Just horrible customer service. I ordered 2 poster prints online and I got a confirmation the order would be ready after 8:30 am the next day. I get to the store and they tell me the printer is down and that they left a voicemail to tell me (they didn't). Other Walgreens stores will show if their printer is down or not during order placement, so I don't see why they couldn't do the same. Time was of the essence and I didn't have any.

Horrible customer service, Called 2 days prior for refill, came to pick up she said I didn't have a refill told them to check again then she says it's not ready till 11th I said today is the 11th then she said it will be an hour and half because its busy and I should have called 2 days before. I came in store and she's telling everyone in line my story and it's not her fault and it's busy talks really loud and not professional
