Four times already I have been told my medications are ready. When I show up, The two African American male pharmacists deny me and make me come back another day. Even when the dr has called my medications in to be picked up early i have been denied by these two pharmacist. These two need a lesson in customer service and manners as they have been extremely rude and awful not only to myself but to their fellow employees. I really do not understand why the awful behavior. They are professionals and should act as such. Everyone else there is so sweet, I truly feel bad for them having to work with these guys.

I have a lot of prescriptions to manage. Called to find out why my diabetic meds went from a 3 month supply to a one month supply. They said my dr only wrote a 30 day supply. Turns out they are filling them however they see fit depending on who is doing it. This was after i was told that i shouldn’t be calling with this.. i am like who exactly am i supposed to call. I guess another pharmacy

My Mother went to a Dr. To get a Rx. Filled before she went on her vacation and her primary pharmacy couldn't fill her Rx. There were many complications, but she was able to be assured she could get her medications before she had to go on leave to see family.

I was treated like a second class citizen here. I went inside, made my purchases, and then walked out. I was on my way to the park, and just wanted to get something to drink before continuing my walk. But while I was outside the manager immediately said I couldn't "set up" there and needed to move. I wasn't sitting down. I didn't even have a chance to open my Gatorade. All I wanted to do was drink some Gatorade before going any further. This happened a few months ago, but I remember it every time I consider shopping here.

This pharmacy is the worst pharmacy I've used in 2 countries and 4 different US states. They continuously fail to refill our prescriptions, even though we confirm the refill through their system and the wait times are atrocious. Don't waste your time, find a different pharmacy in Alamogordo.
