I can clearly see I'm not the first with a negative review, probably won't be the last. The pharmacy staff are absolutely rude. Went yesterday to pick up my prescription and today for a inhaler. My fiance went inside to pick up the inhaler was giving him a hard time. It was about my address which I updated yesterday during pick up but I truly dont believe she updated it. The girl then started to huff and puff and get a attitude with me because of her fellow coworkers didn't do their job properly. Waited 2 hours for a much needed inhaler. The customer service is piss poor, disgusting attitudes from everyone. Corporate needs to get involved at this location

The pharmacy is always on top of things. When I came in for a flu/COVID shot last week, there was a bit of a line but the blond female pharmacist on duty was excellent at multi-tasking working the walk-up and drive thru lines. The store is also quite clean compared to other Walgreens stores in the area.

I went in to drop a package off at their FedEx counter but they need to print off a label using a QRC code off my phone to print it. Well I'm going to warn you folks between the two workers young and old there wasn't a hint of intelligence between them to make it happen and I eventially got kicked out of their store because I exclaimed how I didn't like to be held up or held captive in their store any longer. How many employees does it take to print a label and stick it on a package because two obviously wasn't enough for that store they need a couple more idiots. I could go on and on about how pathetic their employees were but why kick a dog when it's down? I had a terrible experience and I recommend that nobody goes to the store. I'd like to see that store get boycotted and dropped from this area because now Walgreens officially sucks in my opinion.

Recently I requested 4 medications to be refilled, when they were picked up I only received 2 so when I called they said that all 3 were handed out which overall makes no sense. So because of someone else's mistake I have to wait an entire month for another refill, luckily it's medication that isn't absolutely essential but what if this happened to someone who desperately needed the medication that went missing or was completely ignored all together, and be told it's your fault?
