Horrible customer service in the pharmacy! Sorry I didn’t get a name for the young lady but it’s just a disgrace. They need more training when it comes to customer service and clear communication! Not the first bad encounter here in the pharmacy. I understand everyone is short staffed but not reason to be rude.
On 11/29/21 I scheduled an appointment for 2:50pm to get a flu shot. I get there approximately 15 minutes early and they didn’t have me in the system and that I’d have to wait a minimum of 20 minutes. I was on break from work so I couldn’t do that. I then make another appointment for 5:20pm. I get there and they say they’re out of flu vaccinations. I scheduled two different appointments on the same day, have confirmation times for both, and when I get there, they’re out. And both the pharmacist and technician said, “Well we had one for you but you left.” as if to say I walked out. I’m a physical therapist that does home health and distinctly made a gap in my schedule to have it done at 2:50pm. When they said I had to wait an additional 20 minutes, which would have started at approximately 3pm (even though my appt was at 2:50) which would have put me closer to 3:20pm, at minimum, before I’d be seen by anyone. I couldn’t do that with my work schedule. If anything, I’m not sure why I was able to get a 5:20pm appointment if none were available. I’ve attached photos of both confirmations. The pharmacist Karen (I believe) was especially rude and entirely unconcerned that I made two trips there for the pharmacy to fail both times.
Hope the manager reads this....manager is always welcoming. I visited the store to drop off a fedex package on 10.31 at around 7pm. The employee who took my package was borderline rude. I did not feel welcomed. Maybe she had a bad day but something was definitely off with her.
The staff is always friendly and helpful. Any questions are addressed immediately and competently. Great prices on all merchandise and a very clean facility.
Hands down the best pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with! We’ve had a few hiccups (who doesn’t) but they’ve always been super helpful and knowledgeable. Today was the best experience by far, RX price went up (again) and even with insurance, it made he copay beyond our means. Even though they were slammed, the young lady I dealt with was patient, understanding and worked her magic bringing it down to a $10 copay with an RX program I didn’t even know existed. Keep up the AWESOME customer service!
