Asian tech was extremely rude! Go to a different pharmacy!!! She was even rude to whomever she was on the phone with!

No wonder this Walgreens has a low rating. Most inefficient staff I have ever encountered. Last year I made an appointment for a flu shot. Took me an hour because apparently the app confuses the pharmacist and the nurse who does the flu shot. Pharmacist can do the flu shot too. Ok so this year tried again to do it the “correct” way. I get to the Walgreens and low and behold again I’m not in the appointment database. Nothing listed for the nurse yet I have a confirmation text and email? pharmacist refused to help me. Rudely told me to go put my name on the waitlist. I walked out and went to Kroger and got my flu shot by just walking in.

Regarding the Health Care Clinic: So much better than Minute Clinic. I have been here at least 5 time for different reasons within the last few weeks and every time I have been greeted with smiles and an overall pleasantness. Staff are very friendly, easy to talk to, make jokes, and ask about your life. Jacqueline McNair, RN, FNP-C is an absolutely wonderful provider. Would highly recommend this clinic.
