I did a gel mani/pedi yesterday and the results are just bad and I feel like I wasted $87. The woman who I’m assuming was the manager painted my nails and toes (after two wonderful techs did the rest beforehand) and she was distracted and sloppy and rushed it. And kept answering the phone. Annoying. So now the gel on two of my fingers is peeling (got them done yesterday!) and after looking at my toes more closely, they’re really sloppy too. And I had to correct her twice when she painted my fingernails (color switch). What a waste. I have to get them redone this weekend because I know they won’t last through my 3-day work conference this week. Do not let the manger touch your nails if you go here.

The only reason they get a 1 is because 0 stars isn’t an option. Cut my finger open, then used an old glue bottle used on other people to close the wound, and complained the whole time about how I wasn’t going to tip them. Will be reporting to state board of cosmetology. If you don’t want to get a bacteria or fungus, please avoid this salon. They didn’t throw the bottle of glue that has my blood on it btw

They had us check our temperature to make sure we are not sick before coming in. I really liked that. The did a great job on my gel nails, toes and brows. Very Happy.

They didn’t do what I asked and did what they wanted and I still had to pay the price for what I didn’t want and they messed up my little sister’s nails. Never going back, not satisfied. I told them no gel and they did gel anyway and still charged me the price for gel. They charged me $40 for me and $40 for my little sister but they told us it was $25 for a full set for each, they lied and I still had to pay $80.

Walked in at 7. Had 6 other people walk in after my friend and I. They rushed through both my full set rounded no extras and my eyebrow wax. When I was completely finished they only just started painting my friends nails. The polish is spotty and he totally hacked a simple round file. I'm literally sitting outside in tears while my friend finishes. The area around my eyebrows is inflamed and she didn't reduce the size at all. Totally disappointed.
