We've had good, but not great pizza here. The entrees are actually good, we've had better experience with them than the pizza. Pricing is a little expensive for Mall / Cafe type food, but it's your only Italian option at the outlets. I would give this three and a half Stars if I could.
Pizza was fine, staff was friendly to me - but the two present were audibly making fun of the customer just prior to me. That's a no-no in my book. No thank you. You just lost my future purchases.
Had a black hair baked into my slice of pizza...I tell the guy so he takes another slice out of the same pizza and puts it in the oven....three people behind the counter and not one of them says a thing to me..not even a look of surprise on their face. I brought the slice home and my dog wouldn't even touch it.
Poor customer service, screwed up our drinks, and our food order, Made it seem like it was our fault. One of the attendants flipped out behind the counter. Very bad experience. Won't eat there again Waste of my time and my money.
Your basic run of the of the mill same old same old food court establishment. The meatballs are really good tho. The spaghetti sauce is not so great. Pizza is pretty good.
