Tony is the best! I had a called the store when they opened with a few issues after moving my plan and buying a few new devices. After 4 hours that problem snowballed in what can only be described as pain but Tony was able to save the day and fix all the bull that happened to me. Amazing service!

This store is great. Received so much help. They reviewed my bill and saw something wasn't right, after the correction..received over a $100 credit. Kristen the district manager also got me into a better plan. She takes the time to go over things with you. She is up front and honest about plans, products, etc. She isn't a person looking to make a quick buck. I will ALWAYS come to this Verizon store on Main Street in Nashua and recommend it everyone.
