My husband bought me a watch for our Anniversary. When I went in to pick it up it was all ready to go. The rep explained how easy it is to set up on my own rather than paying them to do it. I appreciated that.

Customer service was kind and friendly, but beware... as my new business plan has unfolded over the last several months, I've had nothing but issues. My bill kept being way higher then expected. As it turns out. This store never sent back my trade in device and never posted the difference I paid in store towards the additional balance of the new phone. Their negligence has cost me hundreds of dollars, many hours wasted on the phone, and constant hardache. I won't be stepping foot in this store again. I'll do it myself online. If you are a business owner, don't bother. Excruciating disappointment.

one of the workers was rude to my boyfriend and I for literally no reason. he actually raised his voice at us a little bit. we were shocked and just wanted to leave and not bother him anymore. he was no help at all unfortunately. just ruined our good day we were having. think his name was Dave. Dave, why do you work at Verizon if you hate people? :(

Melissa exemplified what customer service is all about!! She was very patient, kind, helpful, and very knowledgeable!! She deserves a pay raise and/or promotion, if Verizon listens to what’s best for their customers and their business!! She helped my father with a very difficult and frustrating situation with his phone. I couldn’t have asked for a more knowledgeable and helpful representative at Verizon! She made me want to be a Verizon customer, as long as they’re all like Melissa, or at least they strive to be like her! She is one of a kind! Thank you Melissa for all of your help and patience!!
