I can't say enough of how well I was treated the professionalism. The store was very clean and organized. My representative I can't say enough good things about her. She was very thorough, very helpful. Very patient she is a great representative for your company.

Sal was great. His customer service was outstanding. I had lost my phone He helped me find a new phone checked out my plan to see if i could use a new better plan, which he did. He explained everything very well, & gave me options. Thank you for all your help.

Louis was great. my Wi-Fi on my old phone wasn’t working. He went out of his way to transfer as many files as he could. Again, he did a great job.

Excellent customer service. Answered all my questions, and gave me a great deal on a new IPhone and iPad. They also reviewed my plan and were able to make some changes saving me money each month. My bill actually went down even with a new phone. Thank you so much.

Verizon representative Serigo, gave us excellent advice during our visit. He honestly sold me on the correct cell phone for me. I will differently return again, when I need help or another update.
