Shaun L. was my rep and he was amazing. Very informative about how the pricing works and can explain certain helpful features on devices. His manager Jason was right there to make sure everything ran smooth and answered some questions I had as well. Highly recommend this store they got some good ones 🤙🏼

I arrived at the Verizon store with a list of questions about my iPhone. Some of the questions were related to technical problems and ultimately decided to get a new phone. Customer service representative was Gabby and she was nothing short of excellent. She not only went over my plan details and my options for a new phone Also spent countless hours trying to help me transfer my data. She offered solutions to the problem In a timely manner yet continued to assist me in solving the problem At that time. She maintained professionalism while also encouraging an environment of fun. Her coworkers were present, offering solutions as well all well shedding light on the situation. It was by far the most pleasant experience I’ve had with Verizon as a customer

Getting a new device is usually a very daunting task. However, Zierre made my experience painless because of his knowledge of products and deals. He was efficient, professional and accommodating. The location is super convenient - right in the Giant shopping center in Edgewater. 10/10, highly recommend!
