The lack of response by business services is frustrating and baffling. We ordered an Ipad more than two months ago that never arrived (it was accidentally delivered to another business, then disappeared). But we're still paying for it. The business rep has ghosted more than a half dozen calls and texts over the past three weeks.
Would give a negative star if possible. Phone had system issues and they said I was able to get the warranty since it was less than a year. They got it all set for Next day delivery. 3 days later and still waiting for it to ship. SO NO PHONE. Don't recommend going to this location.
Went in with a $170 bill to upgrade two phones. Was there from 10:20am to 2:30 pm with the promise of a $220 bill (I added a line). Kept getting told that I would save money if I went to a business plan. Got my first bill at over $320 with my next estimated bill at over $330. Beware of promises of cheaper plans.
Outstanding customer service! Very knowledgeable and pleasant employees. Amanda and Ean were a pleasure to work with and assisted us every step along the way. If there was a higher rating than 5 stars they would deserve every one of them. I will definitely be back to this store specifically.
I was in Ames from Rockford, Illinois to visit my son on campus. I went to the Verizon in Rockford and rec'd an accidental misdiagnosis. I stopped at the Ames Verizon and had all my questions answered. Diana was a pro. She took care of a return, a quick back-up before my phone died completely and was empathetic and kind. I was able to drive home feeling less stressed and anxious. Thank you!
