I came in with my mom to get her a new phone. She’s older and has a harder time understanding the tech stuff, but our salesperson Dylan helped her and was absolutely terrific. He was helpful, patient, and thorough. The process couldn’t have been easier and my mom was grateful for and happy with all of his help. I definitely recommend this location thanks to his excellent service.

Had a horrible experience at this store. An extra line was added to one of our phones without authorization and when I went to have it corrected, manager Doug was condescending, rude and flat out lied to me. I would give them no stars if possible.

Doug took care of us from the time we stepped into the store he was thorough, officiant, friendly and helpful with all of our needs concerning the new IPhone 15. He went above and beyond what an employee needed to do he told us ways to save on our contracts we have at Verizon. We are a long standing client for around thirty years and now after that quality service we now know why.

Dylan gave us great service at the Brentwood Verizon store. We were trading in for an upgraded iPhone and the old one was giving a couple of issues. But he made sure everything was taken care of, even stayed a bit late for us, and seemed more than happy to help.
